The Monmouth II is a counter stool that features a low-back style seat perched atop a sturdy, mango wood base. It flaunts a perfectly padded, cream-colored, soft fabric wrapped seat. In addition to an uber-comfortable seat, the Monmouth II also sports a low, jute-covered backrest that adds to the comfort factor as well as the visuals of this stool. The seating on the Monmouth II is supported by a solid wood, four-legged base finished in a withered brown tone that also sports a footrest. Being a small business, we do have limitations on returns. Please read the details below on what we can and can’t accept as a return. Please note: all shipping costs associated with returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Small Decor + Books:
Small decor items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for original purchase amount less the cost of shipping. Please email us to begin the return process.
Textiles (pillows, all bedding, throws, not- included area rugs):
Unused, unwashed-items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a 25% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please email us to begin the return process.
Art:
All art is considered a custom order and is made with love for you. All art purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Lighting:
All hard-wired lighting is considered final sale and does not qualify for an exchange or return.
Indoor plants + faux greenery:
If plant/greenery is still in original packing in the condition it was delivered; it can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a 25% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please email us to begin the return process.
Manufacturer Defects:
Defects are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48hrs of receiving the item. Defect claims occurring over time are only available within the first 6 months of receiving the item after-which we can no longer guarantee replacement or credit for the item. Please note natural materials including wood and marble have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects. As foreign wood adapts to our climate, it can shift size and cause cracking. This again is not necessarily a defect of the product, but a beautiful reminder of its organic nature.
